Biscuit locations marked.
Biscuits holes cut and everything glued up.
Holes are cut; corners rounded over, sanded smooth. This is the woofer's hole.
Passive raditor's hole.

My finger the day after getting whacked.
Check out my huge caulk. Everything is glued quite well but this will ensure that it's airtight.
I put spackle on all the seams so that you couldn't see them once I paint it.
Primer is applied.
Ended up with 2 coats of primer.
2 coats of black applied.
3 coats of black applied.
3 coats of black applied. It's high gloss enamel.
